We want you to love your Cult Gaia pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the packing slip provided in your return authorization email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 days of initiating the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
